Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc (AMS.L), a developer and manufacturer of tissue-healing technology, Tuesday said it expects adjusted pre-tax profit to be 29.2 million pounds - 29.7 million pounds for the full year, up from 25.9 million pounds a year ago.

The company sees revenue of about 177 million pounds for the year, higher than 126.2 million pounds reported last year.

Adjusted EBITDA, or adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization for the year is expected between 40 million pounds and 40.5 million pounds, above last year's 29.7 million pounds.

"The progress we made in the second half of 2024 has strengthened the confidence we have in the strategic rationale for the recent acquisitions of Peters Surgical and Syntacoll. The synergistic benefits they represent to AMS, in terms of products, expertise, geographic reach and scale, are clearer than ever," said Chris Meredith, Chief Executive Officer of AMS.
