Petershill Partners plc (PHLL.L) reported that Aggregate Partner-firm assets under management or AuM was US$337 billion, an increase of 3% during the fourth quarter and 11% year-over-year. Aggregate Fee-paying Partner-firm AuM was US$238 billion, an increase of 2% during the quarter and 8% year-over-year.
Organic gross Fee-eligible AuM raised was US$9 billion for the quarter and US$32 billion for 2024, exceeding its 2024 guidance of US$20 billion - $25 billion.
The company estimates organic gross fee-eligible AuM raise of US$20 billion to US$25 billion in 2025. The $8 billion of AuM not yet paying fees as at the fourth quarter 2024 is expected to become Fee-paying AuM during the course of 2025.
