Online dating and social networking platform Bumble Inc. (BMBL), Friday announced that Chief Executive Officer Lidiane Jones has resigned from her role, due to personal reasons.
Jones will be succeeded by the company's Founder and Executive Chair Whitney Wolfe Herd, who will assume the position during mid-March.
Concurrently, Bumble announced that it anticipates fourth quarter total revenue and Bumble App revenue to be above the midpoints of the previously provided outlook ranges, respectively, and fourth quarter adjusted EBITDA within the previously disclosed outlook range.
In the pre-market hours, Bumble's stock is climbing 4.86 percent, to $8.20 on the Nasdaq.
