AnaptysBio Inc. (ANAB), a clinical-stage biotechnology company, is expected to announce 12-week results from its ongoing Phase 2b clinical trial of Rosnilimab in moderate-to-severe rheumatoid arthritis next month.
The trial has enrolled about 420 patients, who were randomized to receive three different dose levels of subcutaneously administered Rosnilimab, in addition to a placebo.
The endpoints, including DAS28-CRP, CDAI, and ACR20/50/70 will be evaluated at Week 12.

The Federal Reserve policy session was in focus as it was the first to be led by the new chief Kevin Warsh. In Europe, central banks of the U.K. and Switzerland announced their rate decisions. In Asia, the Bank of Japan drew attention for its policy moves, while data out of China threw some light on the state of the economy.
