Bloomsbury Publishing Plc (BMY.L) announced on Friday that it had reached a new long-term supply agreement with Amazon.com, Inc. (AMZN).
The transaction details were not disclosed.
Further, the publishing house's Board reaffirmed its confidence in the consensus forecast.
Bloomsbury noted that the market consensus for the year ending February 28, 2025, is 334 million pounds in revenue and 39.6 million pounds in profit before tax and exceptional items.
On Thursday, Bloomsbury had closed 0.62% higher at 654 pence on the London Stock Exchange.
Amazon had closed 0.17% higher at $235.42. In the after-hours, Amazon traded 0.08% lesser at $235.22 on the Nasdaq.
