Assa Abloy Acquires US-based InVue

Assa Abloy AB (ASSA-B.ST), a Swedish security solutions company, Friday announced that it has acquired Charlotte, North Carolina-based InVue. The financial aspects of the deal are not revealed.

The acquisition is expected to be accretive to earnings per share immediately.

Assa Abloy also said that sales for 2024 totaled approximately $165 million with a strong EBIT margin

Stephanie Ordan, executive vice president and head of Global Technologies business unit Global Solutions said, "The acquisition will expand our core capabilities across access control and asset protection globally."

InVue is a provider of precision-engineered connected asset protection and access control solutions. The company provides customized security solutions for various industries and retailers.

On Thursday, ASSA ABLOY had closed 0.12% lesser at SEK 336.50 on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
