Barnes Group Inc. (B), a Connecticut-based industrial technology and aerospace manufacturing company, Monday announced that that investment funds controlled by Apollo Funds an affiliate of Apollo Global Management, Inc. (APO) have completed the purchase of Barnes Group Inc., in an all-cash deal valued at approximately $3.6 billion.
The deal, announced on October 7, 2024, was approved by Barnes shareholders on January 9. Shareholders will receive $47.50 per share in cash. Following the acquisition, Barnes' stock is no longer trading and will be delisted from the NYSE.
Currently B is trading at $47.48 or 0.01% higher on the New York Stock Exchange.
