Beta Bionics Inc., a commercial-stage medical technology company focused on advanced diabetes management solutions, has priced its initial public offering of 12 million shares of common stock at $17.00 each.
Beta Bionics shares will begin trading on the Nasdaq on January 30, 2025, under the symbol "BBNX."
The offering, set to close on January 31, 2025, is anticipated to generate gross proceeds of $204 million. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.8 million shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
