Shares of Arcus Biosciences Inc. (RCUS) are down more than 30% from their 52-week high of $20.31, recorded last February, and trade around $13.
Arcus is a clinical-stage, global biopharmaceutical company developing combination therapies for cancer. Its investigational drugs in the pipeline include Domvanalimab, Zimberelimab, Casdatifan, Quemliclustat, Etrumadenant, AB598 and AB801. Zimberelimab, Domvanalimab, Etrumadenant, and Quemliclustat are being co-developed by Arcus and Gilead.

The Federal Reserve policy session was in focus as it was the first to be led by the new chief Kevin Warsh. In Europe, central banks of the U.K. and Switzerland announced their rate decisions. In Asia, the Bank of Japan drew attention for its policy moves, while data out of China threw some light on the state of the economy.
