The company's fourth quarter earnings came in at $33.66 million, or $0.72 per share. This compares with $38.55 million, or $0.82 per share, last year. Analysts on average had expected the company to earn $0.66 per share. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items. Revenue rose 2.7% to $485.75 million from $472.97 million last year.
