FTAI Aviation Stock Surges 15% On Dismissal Of Short Seller Allegations

FTAI Aviation Ltd. (FTAI) is up 14.96 percent, gaining $17.94 to trade at $144.00after the company announced that its Board of Directors' Audit Committee completed a review into short seller allegations and found them to be without merit.

The stock opened at $149.74 and has traded between $143.66 and $158.83 today.

Trading volume has surged to 4.81 million shares, well above its average of 2.85 million. FTAI's 52-week range is $53.77 to $181.64.

The company also stated that it expects to file its Form 10-K on time.
