Maintel Holdings Plc (MAI.L), a provider of cloud, network, and security managed communications services, said on Tuesday that it has appointed Dan Davies as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect.
Dan assumed the role of Interim CEO of the company in 2024, having previously been Chief Technology Officer and an Executive Director since 2020. He has been serving in senior roles at Maintel since 2014.
