Enovis (ENOV) announced that Matt Trerotola has informed the Board of his intention to retire from position as CEO, effective upon his successor being appointed by the Board and assuming the position as CEO. The Board is actively working with an executive search firm to identify a growth-oriented MedTech leader to serve as next CEO.
Upon the appointment of successor, Enovis and Trerotola will enter into a retirement and transition agreement, pursuant to which Trerotola has agreed to continue to serve as an employee and an Executive Advisor for a period of one year from the date of appointment.
