Clear Secure, Inc. (YOU), a secure identity platform, Wednesday announced that Co-Founder, President, and Chief Financial Officer Ken Cornick is stepping down. Jen Hsu has been named CFO, effective March 31.

Shares of Clear Secure are surging in the pre-market trading.

Hsu brings financial expertise, most recently serving as Vice President, Head of Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Chewy.

The company has also appointed Michael Barkin as President, effective March 31. Barkin has been serving on the Board of Directors since 2019.

Barkin has expertise in the company's business and extensive experience in strategy, operations, and finance. Previously, Barkin had served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Vail Resorts.

In the pre-market trading, Clear Secure is 8.67% higher at $25.83 on the New York Stock Exchange.
