Vericel Corp. (VCEL) Thursday reported a significant growth in fourth quarter earnings, as revenues increased from the prior year.
The company confirmed 2025 financial guidance with a total revenue growth of 20 to 23 percent.
In the pre-market hours shares are at $50.35, down 4.73 percent.
The quarterly net profit was $19.81 million or $0.38 per share, compared to $12.99 million or $0.26 per share last year.
Revenue for the quarter increased 16 percent to $75.38 million from $64.99 million a year ago.
Looking ahead to the full year 2025, the company expects gross margin to be 73 to 74 percent and the adjusted EBITDA margin to be 25 to 26 percent.
