Robert Walters (RWA.L) reported that its fiscal 2024 profit before tax declined to 0.5 million pounds from 20.8 million pounds, last year. Loss per share was 9.1 pence compared to profit of 19.0 pence.
Revenue for the year decreased by 16% to 892.1 million pounds. Net fee income for the year decreased by 17% to 321.4 million pounds.
The Board proposed a final dividend of 17.0 pence per share which will be paid on 27 May 2025 to shareholders on the register on 25 April 2025. Together with the interim dividend of 6.5 pence per share paid in September 2024, this takes the total dividend for the year to 23.5 pence per share.
