Harbour Energy Plc (HBR.L), a British oil and gas company, said on Thursday that it expects its oil production to average around 450 kboepd in the 2025 to 2027 timeframe with stable operating costs of less than $15/boe.
In addition, the company anticipates to post total annual capital expenditure less than $2 billion in 2026 and 2027, a reduction of 25 percent from 2025 levels.
