Fuchs SE (FUPBY), a German maker of lubricants and related specialty products, said on Friday that its Chief Financial Officer, Isabelle Adelt, has decided not to extend the contract, which will expire on October 31.
Subsequently, the company has appointed Esma Saglik as CFO with effect from May 1. Saglik has been serving as CFO of Rehau Industries since 2020.
In addition, the company's Chief Technology Officer, Sebastian Heiner, has also decided to leave the firm as his contract expires on December 31.
The company has also appointed Mathieu Boulandet as CTO to succeed Heiner with effect from August 1. Most recently Boulandet was responsible for the global marine and energy business of Castrol.
The two new Board members have been appointed for three years each. The outgoing Board members will pursue new opportunities outside the company in the future.
