Commenting on the narrower loss, the company said, "This change was driven by fourth-quarter 2023 adjustments to estimated allowed claims, including with respect to certain litigation matters and debt obligations that were reduced to actual payments upon emergence from the Chapter 11 process in second-quarter 2024.
