TriMas Corp. (TRS), Thursday announced that its Chief Financial Officer Scott Mell will resign from the company, effective March 20, 2025.
Following this, current TriMas Board member Teresa Finley will assume the position of interim CFO.
Concurrently, she will step down as the Chair of the Board's Compensation Committee and member of the Audit Committee.
In the pre-market hours, TriMas's stock is trading at $25.32, down 0.28 percent on the Nasdaq.
