S4 Capital reported a fiscal 2024 loss before income tax of 330.9 million pounds compared to a loss of 13.9 million pounds, prior year. Loss per share was 45.7 pence compared to a loss of 2.2 pence. Adjusted operating profit declined to 78.3 million pounds from 82.0 million pounds. Adjusted basic earnings per share was 5.2 pence compared to 4.4 pence.
For the year ended 31 December 2024, revenue declined to 848.2 million pounds from 1.01 billion pounds. Net revenue was down 13.6% on a reported basis, and down 11.0% like-for-like. Net revenue was 754.6 million pounds, down 13.6% reported and down 11.0% like-for-like. Billings were 1.96 billion pounds, up 4.9% on a reported basis and up 8.1% like-for-like.
The Board proposed to pay a dividend of 1 pence per share.
