LegalZoom.com, Inc. (LZ), an online platform for legal services, said on Monday that it has appointed Pratik Savai as its new Chief Technology Officer.
Most recently, Savai served as the CTO of Elation Health. Prior to that, he led several technology and product organizations focused on workforce agility at Cornerstone OnDemand over a 16-year tenure.

The Federal Reserve policy session was in focus as it was the first to be led by the new chief Kevin Warsh. In Europe, central banks of the U.K. and Switzerland announced their rate decisions. In Asia, the Bank of Japan drew attention for its policy moves, while data out of China threw some light on the state of the economy.
