Rapid7 Stock Gains 4% On Board Expansion And Cooperation Agreement

Rapid7, Inc. (RPD) is trading at $29.51, up 4.31 percent or $1.22 during Monday's trading, after announcing the appointment of three new board members and entering a cooperation agreement with JANA Partners.

The stock opened at $28.55 and has traded between $28.50 and $30.95 so far, compared to a previous close of $28.29 on the Nasdaq. Trading volume stands at 451,115 shares, below the average of 799,727. The stock's 52-week range is $26.77 to $50.55.

The agreement includes JANA's support for Rapid7's director nominees at the upcoming annual shareholder meeting.
