SUSS MicroTec Annual Profit, Revenue Rise

SUSS MicroTec SE (SMHN.F), a manufacturer of equipment and process solutions for the semiconductor industry, Thursday reported profit before tax from continuing operations of 77.88 million euros for the full year, significantly higher than 28.32 million euros in the previous year, primarily helped by growth in revenue.

Net income from operations increased to 75.13 million euros from 27.79 million euros last year.

EBITDA, or earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization rose 139.2 percent year-on-year to 83 million euros.

Net profit from continuing operations was 52.06 million euros or 2.72 per share, up from 17.34 million euros or 0.91 per share a year ago.

Net profit including discontinuing operations increased to 110.34 million euros or 5.77 euros per basic share from 4.69 million euros or 0.25 euros per basic share last year.

Sales for the year grew to 446.15 million euros from 304.26 million euros in the prior year.

SUSS MicroTec plans to propose a final dividend of 0.30 euros per share, up 50 percent from last year.

For fiscal 2025, the company expects sales to be between 470 million euros and 510 million euros.
