Earnings: -C$126.311 million in Q4 vs. C$10.465 million in the same period last year. EPS: -C$8.97 in Q4 vs. C$0.74 in the same period last year. Revenue: C$127.995 million in Q4 vs. C$165.901 million in the same period last year.
Telesat said that its Chief Financial Officer, Andrew Browne, has decided to retire later this year. Browne will continue in his current role as CFO until a successor is appointed.
Looking ahead, for the full-year 2025, Telesat expects adjusted EBITDA of C$170 to C$190 million on revenue of C$405 to C$425 million.
For the full-year 2024, the company has recorded adjusted EBITDA of C$383.737 million on revenue of C$571.044 million.
Annual capital expenditure is anticipated to be in the range of C$900 million to C$1.100 billion.
TSAT was down by 8.74 percent at $18.79 in the pre-market trade on the Nasdaq.
