Fuchs Acquires Metal Forming Lubricants Maker IRMCO For Undisclosed Terms

Fuchs SE (FUPBY), a German manufacturer of lubricants and related specialty products, on Wednesday announced that it has acquired US-based IRMCO Advanced Metalforming Lubricant Technologies.

The deal has been approved and finalized, while the financial terms were not disclosed.

IRMCO is a family-run company founded in 1914 and is based in Illinois.

Fuchs plans to expand its industrial product range with this acquisition, providing sustainable lubrication solutions in various markets.

Jeff Jeffery, CEO at IRMCO, said, "Integrating with FUCHS will further our reach of products to the metal forming, assembly, cleaning, and finishing markets through the global FUCHS network."

On the XETRA in Germany, Fuchs is currently trading 0.50% lesser at 44.10 euros.
