XTL Biopharmaceuticals Ltd. (XTLB) Monday announced the appointment of Noam Band as Chief Executive Officer. Band has previously served as the Chairman and CEO of Gix Internet Ltd. and as the CEO of Dotomi.
Currently, XTLB is at $1.2, up 21.21 percent .
The company said Shlomo Shalev will continue as the Chairman of the Board.
