India-based Reliance Industries Ltd. (RELIANCE), Friday announced the financial results for the fourth quarter of financial year 2025, delivering strong performances in various sectors.
Profit after tax totaled INR 22,434 crore for the period compared to last year's INR 21,143 crore.
Gross revenue increased 8.8 percent, to INR 288,138 crore, equivalent to $33.7 billion, from INR 264,834 crore in the previous year.
Reliance's Jio Platforms reported quarterly revenue of INR 39,853 crore compared to INR 33,835 crore in the prior year. Profit after tax totaled INR 7,022 crore for the quarter compared to INR 5,587 crore.
Meanwhile, Reliance Retail Ventures Ltd. also showcased positive revenue growth with INR 88,620 crore for the quarter compared to INR 76,627 crore last year. Profit after tax increased to INR 3,545 crore from last year's INR 2,746 crore.
Commenting on the group's results, Mukesh Ambani, Chairman and Managing Director, noted that, "FY2025 has been a challenging year for the global business environment, with weak macro-economic conditions and a shifting geo-political landscape. Our focus on operational discipline, customer-centric innovation and fulfilling India's growth requirements has helped Reliance deliver a steady financial performance during the year."
Reliance's stock closed at INR 1,300.40, down 0.09 percent on the National Stock Exchange.
