Adani Ports Q4, FY25 Revenue Increases

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited (ADANIPORTS.NS), Thursday announced financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2025.

The quarterly revenue totaled INR 8,488 crore compared to INR 6,897 crore in the prior year. For the full year, revenue stood at INR 31,079 crore compared to last year's INR 26,711 crore.

The India-based company reported profit after tax of INR 3,023 crore for the quarter compared to INR 2,015 crore in the previous year. Meanwhile, the same surged 37 percent in the fiscal year 2025, to INR 11,061 crore compared to INR 8,104 crore last year.

EBITDA increased to INR 5,006 crore in the quarter compared to INR 4,044 crore in the prior year quarter, whereas it rose 20 percent in the full year to INR 19,025 crore compared to INR 15,864 crore in the previous year.

Looking ahead, the Gautam Adani-led firm expects revenue of INR 36,000-38,000 crore, and EBITDA of INR 21,000-22,000 crore for the fiscal year 2026.

Wednesday, ADANIPORTS.NS closed at INR 1,216.50, up 0.01 percent on the National Stock Exchange.
