Megan Moroney recently took to social media to tease a new collab, "You Had To Be There," featuring Kenny Chesney.

"You Had to Be There" is due out on Friday, May 9th.

Moroney shared some of the song's lyrics, the song's title and an audio clip, and captioned the post, "7 years later got a different point of view."

She also shared a carousel of photos. One photo shows a ticket bought by her for a Chesney show at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta that she attended in 2018. There are also photos of Moroney performing on Chesney's tour last year.

A photo features a sketch of the two singers standing on stage with their arms around one another, looking out at a massive concert crowd.

"As far as I know, this is the first song anyone has written for me. Thank you, Megan. I love ya," Chesney commented on Moroney's post, adding blue heart and palm tree emojis.

Moroney and Chesney collaborated on a version of Moroney's "Am I Okay?" during Chesney's "Sun Goes Down Tour."
