Petershill Partners plc posted aggregate partner-firm AuM of $339 billion, up 1% during the first quarter and 9% year-over-year. Aggregate fee-paying partner-firm AuM was $234 billion, decreasing 2% during the quarter and increasing 4% year-over-year.
In the first quarter, partner fee-related earnings, or FRE were $45 million, 12% lower than a year ago. Adjusted for the disposals of General Catalyst and LMR Partners, FRE increased 12% from last year. Partner distributable earnings were $73 million, 28% higher than last year.
Petershill Partners re-iterated its 2025 guidance.
