Signify N.V. (LIGHT.AS), a Dutch lighting company, on Wednesday said it will appoint As Tempelman as Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1.
Tempelman is currently the CEO of Eneco. Prior to Eneco, Tempelman held senior leadership positions at Shell in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Željko Kosanovic will continue as interim CEO until September 1, the company added.
Signify is currently trading 0.72% higher at EUR 22.28 on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange.
