Diginex Limited (DGNX), a London-based software company, said on Thursday that it has inked a memorandum of understanding to buy Resulticks for $2 billion in cash and share.
Resulticks is a Singaporean real-time, AI-driven customer engagement and data management solutions provider with operations across the U.S., India, and the Middle East.
Miles Pelham, Chairman of Diginex, said: "This acquisition will strengthen our balance sheet and profitability, as well as significantly deepening our expertise in AI and data management, enabling us to deliver unparalleled insights and solutions to our clients."
