Autoliv Says CFO Fredrik Westin To Resign

Autoliv, Inc. (ALV), a provider of automotive safety systems, Monday said that its Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Finance, Fredrik Westin has decided to resign due to personal reasons.

Westin, who has opted to pursue a position in continental Europe, where he resided prior to joining Autoliv in March 2020, will remain in his position until December 31, 2025.

The company said it plans to search for a replacement for the outgoing finance chief.
