Saab Gets SEK 1.8 Bln Order For Mobile Air Defence From Czech Republic

Military defense provider Saab AB (SAABY) announced on Wednesday that it has received a SEK 1.8 billion order from the Czech Republic for its Mobile Air Defence or MSHORAD system, with deliveries planned between 2028 and 2030.

The order includes Saab's RBS 70 NG missile units with Bolide missiles, to be mounted on Czech-made MARS S-330 vehicles, along with a command system provided by local partners and an existing Czech military radar.

Görgen Johansson, head of Saab's business area Dynamics, said, "Our MSHORAD system adds mobility and extra protection for troops on the move."

On Wednesday, the stock of Saab closed 0.834% or $1.90 lower at $227.47
