Loomis To Acquire Kipfer-Logistik; To Buy Back Up To SEK 200 Mln Of Shares

Loomis AB (LOOMIS.ST) announced that it agreed to acquire 100 percent of Kipfer-Logistik GmbH.

The acquisition is expected to be accretive to the Group's operating profit (EBITA) and the earnings per share for 2025. The acquisition is expected to be completed on September 1, 2025, subject to certain conditions.

Kipfer-Logistik is a logistics company based in Switzerland, which specializes in temperature-controlled transport and storage in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. The company had revenues of approximately CHF 9 million in 2024 and has 28 employees.

In a separate press release, Loomis AB announced that its board has resolved to repurchase shares by virtue of the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting 2025. The repurchase comprise an amount up to a maximum of SEK 200 million.
