TeamViewer H1 Result Improves; Confirms Annual Revenue Outlook

TeamViewer AG (TMV.DE,TMVWY.PK), a German remote access software solutions provider, on Tuesday reported a rise in earnings for the first half, helped by improved revenue.

For the six-month period to June 30, the company posted a net income of 52.245 million euros, or 0.33 euro per share, higher than 48.888 million euros, or 0.30 per share, in the same period last year.

Excluding items, earnings stood at 83.2 million euros, or 0.53 euro per share, compared with 75.2 million euros, or 0.46 euro per share, in 2024. EBIT was 117.1 million euros, compared with 84.7 million euros a year ago. EBITDA increased to 144.4 million euros from the prior year's 113.2 million euros.

Revenue was 364.382 million euros, up from 325.770 million euros in the previous year. Revenue increased across all regions, with the Americas region recording the highest growth rate. 1E Group, acquired in the first quarter of 2025, contributed a total of 18.2 million euros to the increase in revenue.

Looking ahead, for fiscal 2025, the company has reaffirmed its outlook. The firm still expects a rise in pro forma revenue in the range of 778 million euros to 797 million euros. For fiscal 2024, TeamViewer had reported pro forma revenue of 740 million euros.

For fiscal 2025, the company still anticipates an adjusted pro forma EBITDA margin of around 43%, unchanged from last year's 43%.
