AudioCodes Ltd (AUDC) Tuesday reported net income of $306,000 or $0.01 per share for the second quarter, lower than $3.77 million or $0.12 per share in the same quarter a year ago, mainly due to higher expenses.
Excluding one-time items, adjusted income was $4.08 million or $0.14 per share, down from $5.53 million or $0.18 per share in the prior year.
Operating income declined to $2.6 million from $4.94 million last year.
Revenue for the quarter, however, grew to $61.08 million from $60.3 million in the previous year.
