Pantheon International PLC (PIN.L) Thursday reported a loss before tax of 4.43 million pounds for the full year, compared with profit before tax of 34.68 million pounds in the previous year, primarily due to lower gains on investments.
The company recorded gains on investments at fair value through profit or loss of 11.34 million pounds, down from 60.32 million pounds last year.
Net loss was 6.71 million pounds or 1.45p per share compared with net profit of 31.65 million pounds or 6.4p per share a year ago.
Separately, Pantheon International said it has appointed Anthony Morgan, a non-executive director of the company since January 2025, as its Chair, ehffective January 1, 2026.
Morgan succeeds John Singer CBE, who will retire on December 31.
