Spectris plc (SEPJY.PK), Friday announced that Bidco has increased its takeover offer to 41 pounds per Spectris share, amounting to an enterprise value of approximately 4.8 billion pounds.
The offer comprises of 40.72 pounds in cash and an interim dividend of 28 pence per Spectris share.
Notably, the latest one surpasses KKR's takeover offer as Bidco's offer represents superior value for Spectris shareholders.
Currently, Spectris' stock is trading at $26.78 on the OTC Markets.
