Hamborner REIT H1 FFO Down; Raises Annual Revenue Outlook

Hamborner REIT AG (HABA.DE) Tuesday reported funds from operations or FFO of 24.9 million euros or 0.31 euros per share for the first half, lower than 28.3 million euros or 0.35 euros per share in the comparable period a year ago, primarily impacted by decrease in income from rents and leases.

Operating result declined 23.5% to 10.5 million euros from 13.7 million euros in the prior year.

Income from rents and leases decreased 2.1% to 45.7 million euros from 46.7 million euros last year.

EPRA net asset value was 773.7 million euros or 9.51 euros per share as at the end of the first half, lower than 796.3 million euros or 9.79 euros per share as on December 31, 2024.

Looking ahead, the company now expects income from rents and leases to be in a range of 89.5 million euros - 90.5 million euros, up from the previous outlook of 87.5 million euros - 89 million euros.

Hamborner continues to expect FFO in the range of 44 million euros - 46 million euros for the year.
