Flutter Entertainment plc (FLUT), an online sports betting and iGaming company, Friday said it plans to buy back up to $245 million of shares from October 1 through December 31, 2025.
This is the fourth tranche of the multi-year share repurchase program of up to $5 billion announced in September last year.
The company plans to buy back up to $1 billion of shares through this program this year.
On behalf of Flutter, Davy Securities UC will conduct the repurchase.
