Xspray Pharma AB (publ) (XSPRAY.ST) on Tuesday said it has signed a license agreement with Handa Therapeutics granting commercialization rights to Xspray's dasatinib product in the U.S. initially, and at a later stage, selected Asian markets.
Under the deal, Xspray will receive up to a double-digit royalty on Handa's net proceeds.
The company's lead product candidate Dasynoc, an amorphous dasatinib, is under FDA review with PDUFA date of October 7, 2025.
