Australia wages growth remained stable in the June quarter, the Australian Bureau of Statistics said on Wednesday.
The wage price index grew 3.4 percent on a yearly basis, the same rate of increase as seen in the March quarter.
On a quarterly basis, the wage price index rose 0.8 percent in the June quarter, slightly slower than the 0.9 percent rise in the prior period.
"The share of wage changes greater than 4 per cent has declined since this time last year," Michelle Marquardt, ABS head of prices statistics said.
