Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap ASA (0FHP.L) Thursday reported profit before tax of NOK 357 million for the second quarter, higher than NOK 286 million in the same period a year ago.
Profit before income tax, fair value adjustments and currency result increased to NOK 544 million from NOK 523 million last year.
Operating profit rose to NOK 823 million from NOK 455 million in the prior year.
Net profit grew to NOK 270 million or NOK 3 per share from NOK 219 million or NOK 2 per share a year ago.
Net rental income for the quarter increased to NOK 839 million from NOK 829 million in the previous year.
