Bachem Holding AG (BANB.SW), a Swiss Manufacturer of peptides and oligonucleotides, on Wednesday announced the appointment of Hans Van Hees as Chief Operating Officer, who will also join the Corporate Executive Committee, with effect from September 1.
Van Hees is currently in service as the Chief Operations Officer for Europe. He joined Bachem in 2024 from Pharma Resource Group.
In his new role, Van Hees will lead Bachem's worldwide manufacturing network.
He will be reporting to Chief Executive Officer Thomas Meier, who had also taken the duties of Chief Operating Officer since 2023.
Prior to Pharma Resource Group, Van Hees worked in various manufacturing leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson and Janssen for more than 25 years.
In the Swiss market, Bachem shares were trading 0.58% lower at 68.05 francs.
