Tharimmune Inc. (THAR) is on a tear, rising another 25% in premarket trading today after surging 200% yesterday on encouraging pharmacokinetic simulation data for its lead asset, TH104.
TH104, a buccal film formulation of *Nalmefene, is being developed for the temporary prophylaxis of respiratory and/or nervous system depression in military personnel and chemical incident responders entering an area contaminated with high-potency opioids, including weaponized fentanyl and its analogues. (*Nalmefene is an approved opioid antagonist for use in the treatment of opioid overdose).
