Criteo (CRTO) has strengthened its partnership with Zepto, India's fastest-growing quick commerce platform, to scale retail media campaigns and enhance brand engagement across the open internet.

Using Criteo's Retail Media Offsite platform, the collaboration enables brands to deliver personalized, full-funnel advertising strategies beyond Zepto's app and website, driving return visits and higher conversions.

Industry projections show India's quick commerce sector growing 75 to 100 percent annually, outpacing traditional retail. Zepto's Chief Business Officer Devendra Meel highlighted that the partnership maximizes value for users and sellers by connecting brands to shoppers at critical points in their journey.

Criteo India Country Head Medhavi Singh noted that the collaboration combines Zepto's rapid-growth model with Criteo's retail media technology to reach high-intent consumers from discovery to conversion.

Criteo is deepening its presence in India's quick commerce market, positioning itself as a key technology partner to help retailers and brands capitalize on evolving consumer behavior and the rise of retail media as a major revenue driver.

CRTO currently trades at $23.99 or 0.50% lower on the NasdaqGS.
