Sunoco LP (SUN) Thursday said it intends to privately offer $850 million of senior notes due 2031, and $850 million of senior notes due 2034
Sunoco intends to use the proceeds from this offering towards funding a portion of the cash consideration for the Parkland Acquisition and to repay debts.
