Impinj, Inc. (PI), Thursday increased the pricing of aggregate principal amount of 0 percent Convertible Senior Notes due 2029 to $170 million from $150 million.
The company estimates proceeds of approximately $164.2 million from the offering, which will be utilized, along with cash on hand, to exchange $190 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 1.125 percent Convertible Senior Notes due 2027.
The company has also granted the initial purchasers of the notes an option to purchase, within a 13-day period beginning on, and including, the date the notes are first issued, up to an additional $20 million aggregate principal amount of the notes.
The sale of the notes is expected to settle on September 8, 2025.
Currently, PI is moving down 3.94 percent, to $186.80 on the Nasdaq.
